1. Return & Refund Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return or refund within:
- 30 days from the date the order is delivered
In addition, customers may also contact us if:
- More than 30 days have passed since the order was placed and the package has still not been delivered.
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund
Return or refund requests may be accepted in the following situations:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The customer received the wrong item compared to the original order
- The package was lost during transit
Custom & Personalized Items
Jerseys with custom name or number personalization are made specifically for each customer. Because these items cannot be resold, they are only eligible for return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item received does not match the personalization details confirmed on your order (e.g., a misspelling on our part)
Personalization errors caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer at checkout are not eligible for return or refund. Please review your custom name, number, and spelling carefully before placing your order.
Delivered But Not Received Packages
If the shipping carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but the customer reports that the package was not received:
- Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly
- Customers should also check security cameras or surrounding areas for possible package theft
- Lesson Apparel will assist by investigating shipment information within reasonable limits
- However, Lesson Apparel is not responsible for issuing refunds or replacements for packages officially marked as delivered by the carrier
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product remains in the same condition as received
- The item has not been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way
- Original packaging and tags are included
- Or the customer has not received the package after 30 days from the order date
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse return or refund requests in situations including, but not limited to:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Custom personalization errors caused by details submitted by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Requests submitted after the eligible return period
5. Return Request Process
To request a return, replacement, or refund, customers must contact us by email and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence showing the problem

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- Return instructions
- A return shipping label if applicable

Important Notice
Packages returned without prior approval through email will not be accepted.
6. Review & Processing Time
- Return and refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds or replacement shipments are processed within 10 business days after eligibility confirmation
7. Return Shipping Costs
Paid by Lesson Apparel
Return shipping costs are covered by us if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent
Paid by the Customer
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The wrong size was ordered
- The shipping address provided was incorrect
- The issue was caused by customer error
8. Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee will be charged
9. Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be sent to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
Please note:
- Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first
Shipping Fee Refunds
If the issue was caused by the customer, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
10. Order Cancellation & Changes
Customers may request:

- Shipping address changes
- Recipient information updates

- 12 hours after placing the order

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
